We take a scan of your foot, then a technician tunes the lattice density and relief zones to your pressure map. The insert is 3D-printed in durable TPU with a soft, skin-safe top cover, and finished by hand.
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a flexible, durable, latex-free, odorless material we 3D-print your insert from. We tune its firmness to your foot across the Shore-A range — roughly 80A to 95A — softer where you need cushion, firmer where you need support and offloading. The only layer that touches your skin is a certified soft top cover.
Yes. The insert is designed to sit inside standard and diabetic footwear, and can be trimmed to fit if needed. The toe filler restores toe-box volume so the shoe holds its shape.
Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry. No machine washing or heat — the TPU keeps its shape for everyday use.
